The location was acceptable due to the proximity to many things.
The room was exceedingly small, especially with a king size bed. This made moving around difficult, and storing luggage became a PROBLEM. I also found the air conditioning excessively noisy. It disrupted my sleep.

the location is excellent, within walking distance of several lower manhattan attractions. reasonably priced food is available nearby. i liked how close the brooklyn bridge, subway stations, and one of the city ferry terminals were. it made exploring the rest of manhattan very easy!!! the staff was polite and willing to assist.
the bed sheets fitted were repeatedly the wrong size. they were a good 12 inches short of the top of the mattress, and i had to call housekeeping multiple times.
